Why do you keep going on about support?

We understand how important after sales support is for customers. Most bloggers struggle with customizing their blog design and even those who are good at programming may be unsure about how to edit something in our themes.

Which is why we put so much of our time into providing fantastic support for our customers.

Full support for all of our themes is provided in our Theme Support Forum. In the forum we will give advice and tips on how members can customize their theme and get it looking the way they want it

Will I be charged again in a few months time?

We do not believe in recurring billing. Many member sites sneakily set their members up to automatically pay once their subscription has ended but we think this is a very poor practive.

Which is why purchasing a membership with us is a one off fee i.e. You decide when you renew your membership!

Can I remove the footer credit link back to Blog Themes Club

Of course you can. We appreciate those who keep the link back to Blog Themes Club but we also know that there are many reasons why you don’t want to link back. Perhaps you don’t want a rival site to know where you got your design or maybe you want to limit your outgoing links.

How many sites/blogs can I use Blog Themes Club designs on?

Unlike our Single Use License, a full membership allows you to use our designs on as many domains as you would like.

Please note, as with all Blog Themes Club designs, you are not permitted to resell or transfer any of our themes in any shape or form.

How often do you add themes to the Club?

At minimum we will add at least 5 new themes to the club every year but we should hopefully add much more.

Although we want to offer members a larger variety of themes, we also want to ensure that each theme is of a high quality, therefore we do not want give members a figure that we can’t reach.
